Recent graduates and university students who are the first individuals to attend university in their family’s lineage from across the world, the Aspire Leaders Program has created a free online training to assist you. This interactive development session is flexible for your other commitments.

The Modules for the Aspire Leaders Program has been created to address your professional and personal development. It also involves deep learning led by world-class educators from universities across the world to help you develop in all areas.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be between 18 to 29 years old
• They must be from a limited-income background or first-generation to attend university.
• Applicants can be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or recently graduated.
• Postgraduate Students or graduates of a postgraduate program are not eligible for the Aspire Leaders Program.

Module 1-3 Weeks: Personal & Professional Development

• Strengths-based leadership skills assessment.
• Professional development resources co-created with Harvard Business School for creating a LinkedIn profile, crafting your resume, tips for interviewing, and how to network.
• Live interactions among a global cohort of peers.

Module 2-5 Weeks: Aspire Horizons Course

Leadership development course designed and delivered by Harvard University faculty.

• Importance of Understanding Context and Building Trust
• Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence
• Addressing Community Challenges
• Being in Action in Your Communities Worldwide

Masterclasses: Offered Throughout the Program
