This 2-year skills training program is specifically designed to develop future leaders and grant them permanent employment opportunity thereafter.

The Vodacom Discover Graduate Program offers graduates a full rounded experience of their business including mentorship, coaching, and on the job training while still enjoying the benefits of a full-time employee. At the end of the two years, participants will transition into a designated role within the organization.

After a successful completion of the Vodacom Discover Graduate Program, participants will be given the opportunity to apply for more stretch assignments locally and internationally out of their comfort zone to build their experience and leadership capability.

Requirements

• Must have less than 2 years working experience post studies.
• Must be 26 years old or younger
• South African citizen by birth/naturalization, or permanent resident. However, citizens of DRC, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, Tanzania are encouraged to apply for consideration in those markets.
• Must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results.
• Must have a minimum of B-degree (B-Com, BSc & B-Tech) qualification.
• A 3 year-National Diploma (NQF 6) will be considered in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Software Engineering, and Information Systems/Information Technology.
