Grassroots climate activists, advocates and practitioners who want to be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and networks to drive environmental and social justice in your community, the Nairobi Summer School on Climate Justice (NSSCJ) is hosting a program specifically for you.
The purpose of this Summer School is to inspire the new generation in Africa to tackle the most pressing issue of climate justice, with a particular focus on environmental and social justice in your community.
The theme of the Nairobi Summer School (Cohort V) is Aspiring to a Liveable Future- Youth-Led Transformation in the Polycrisis Era. The program will take place in Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. Don’t miss this opportunity to be a part of Africa’s leading climate justice movement.
Eligibility Criteria
- The Summer School is open to all Nationals
- Candidates must possess an O’level certificate or the equivalent high school matriculation.
- Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old at the time of application
- Applicants must be fluent in one of the following languages: English, French, or Portuguese.
- For applicants not in Ethiopian, you must possess a valid passport.
