Electrical Engineer Wanted at Montego Energy

An Electrical Engineer is currently needed at Montego Energy. Applicants will be assigned to designing power systems, optimizing energy consumption, and ensuring electrical installations meet regulatory compliance.

Montego is a wholly indigenous, quality-driven oil and gas services company specializing in Drilling, Support Services and Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation, and Commissioning (EPCIC) services. They also offer Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), as well as Operations, Maintenance, Repairs, Upgrades, Installation, and Commissioning services.

Qualifications

Applicants who are applying for the position of an Electrical Engineer should possess the following:

• A B.Sc./Equivalent in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a reputable tertiary institution
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry. COREN certification is an advantage
• Expertise in Design & Engineering, Engineering review and comments, installation supervision testing and Commissioning
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Experience with electrical design and control systems.
