These modules and sessions are focused on three pillars: leadership development, catalytic innovations, and narrative transformation within an African context. Expect instructor-led sessions along with peer-led case reviews and exclusive fireside conversations with experts, African royalties, and global leaders.

Fellows have the exclusive opportunity of being exposed to captains of industries, and of course His Royal Majesty, Ogiame Atuwatse III CFR and Her Royal Majesty, Olori Atuwatse III.
- Capstone Leadership Projects: Each fellow undertakes a high-impact project of their choosing, designed to tackle a significant challenge within their sector or community. These projects are monitored and reviewed to ensure real-world applicability and impact, as well as their potential to elevate the narratives focused on Africa.
