Dell Technologies’ Envision the Future Competition for Undergraduates

Senior undergraduate students who are from Africa, Turkey, or Middle East universities, Dell Technologies has launched a graduation project competition for you. The competition is intended to make you creative in your graduation projects as you play an active role in the Transformation of IT. You also get the opportunity to shine and win amazing prizes.

Requirements

• Participants must be in their senior year and should be enrolled in any academic institution in Africa, Turkey, or the Middle East.
• Students should have their faculty member as their supervisor
• Students should be non-governmental employees and full-time university students
• Authenticity of the information provided by the students should be verified by the head of his/her department.
• Students should be listed only in one project.

Prizes and Benefits

Winners of Dell Technologies “Envision the Future” competition will receive cash prizes such as:

• First position- $5,000
• Second position- $4,000
• Third position- $3,000
• All the top 10 team members will get recognition certificates for their achievement.
• A mentoring opportunity by  Dell Experts for the finalists projects (those who will pass the interim phase to the final one).
• A formal award ceremony will be organized at one of the major Dell Technologies events in the region. All the members of the winning team and their academic advisor(s) will be invited to attend the ceremony along with senior officials from their university/college.

Competition Phases

The competition consists of 3 phases:

1. Project Abstract Submission:

• Submission window: 1st of November – 30th of November, 2024
• Announcement of Shortlisted Projects: 25th of January, 2025

2. Project Interim Design Layout Submission:

• Submission: 10th of March, 2025
• Announcement of the top 20 Finalists: 30th of March, 2025. The students will be offered a technical mentorship from Dell Technologies.

3. Final Project Submission:

• Submission: 5th of August, 2025
• Announcement of Winners – 1st of September, 2025
