Program Overview

The Graduate Trainee Program aims to attract bright, ambitious, and results-driven university graduates to join Chi Farms and contribute to its future growth. Opportunities are available in the following areas:

• Human Resources/Admin
• Breeding Operations
• Broiler Production
• Veterinary Management
• Feed Milling
• Sales (Day-Old Chicks, Fish Feed, Poultry Equipment, Aquaculture)
• Engineering
• Finance
• Chicken Processing

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for the program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Management, Veterinary Medicine, Food Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mechanical/Civil/Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• A minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division from a recognized university.
• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Willingness to work in any of Chi Farms’ locations within or outside Nigeria.
• Must not be older than 30 years by 31st December 2024.
