Program Overview:

As a JPA, you will utilize your analytical skills, research expertise, and technical knowledge to tackle some of the world’s most pressing development challenges. Working alongside talented professionals and project teams, you will support program activities across both operational and corporate functions. This role provides an excellent platform to develop your skills, expand your knowledge, and contribute to forward-looking solutions.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the World Bank JPA program, applicants must:

• Have strong analytical and research capabilities in one or more of the following areas: economics, finance, human development (public health, education, nutrition, population studies), social sciences (anthropology, sociology), agriculture, environmental studies (climate change, blue economy), infrastructure, private sector development, or corporate and administrative functions (information technology, legal, accounting, communications, corporate procurement, human resources).
• Be 32 years of age or younger.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Be fluent in English.
