Junior Achievement Nigeria Venture in Management Program for Recent Graduates

In order to prepare National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members and recent graduates (under 27 years old) for the workforce, the Junior Achievement Nigeria Venture in Management Programme (ViMP) has been designed for that purpose.

The Junior Achievement Nigeria ViMP is an annual and intensive week-long session which is usually organized by JA Nigeria in collaboration with Lagos Business School (LBS). Participants will be introduced to various aspects of managing a business, making critical business decisions, and developing general management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be between 18 and 27 years old.
• Applicants must be Nigerian.
• Applicants must be recent graduates or currently participating in the NYSC.
• Applicants must demonstrate a significant and measurable positive impact in their communities.
• Applicants must exhibit leadership qualities.
• Applicants must be able to fully commit to the program, including 100% attendance, mentorship sessions, assignments, CSR projects, and other activities.

Selection Criteria

All applications will undergo a rigorous screening process, with the top 100 candidates being selected for the program.
