Fraud Analyst Needed at Kuda

As a member of the Fraud team, you will have an important role where you would manage fraud queries. You would also actively prevent any fraud incidents in the organization and ensure that the customers’ finances are secured.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Identifying and investigating instances of fraud across our various channels.
• Implementing measures to reduce fraud risks and deter fraudulent activities.
• Monitoring all electronic transactions to identify suspicious patterns.
• Addressing escalations and providing prompt resolutions to fraud-related issues.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify trends and implement control measures.
• Delivering investigative findings on reported fraud cases to customers

Requirements for the Fraud Analyst position include:

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in fraud analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
• Proficiency in using fraud detection tools and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
