Requirements

  • Interested in building a commercial career in a high-performance environment (e.g., sales, digital commerce, commercial finance)
  • Determined, curious, and self-driven
  • Enjoys assignments that provide variety, intensive collaboration, and challenge
  • Open to different people and perspectives
  • Ambitious to lead change, projects, and people
  • Open to relocating to another country to accelerate your career
  • 1-3 years of work experience in any business-related area
  • University degree or in the last year at university with full-time commitment (40 hours/week)
  • Fluent in English
  • Legally eligible to work in the country for which you apply

Selection Criteria

  1. Application: Submit CV, answer questions, complete a business reasoning test, and a short video interview.
  2. Business Interview & Competence Validation: Interview with a Recruitment Manager and a Senior Commercial Leader. You will thereafter receive extensive feedback to support your self-reflection and prepare you for the next process step.
  3. Market Challenge & GM Interview: Business simulation supported by the Sales team, followed by a meeting with Country General Manager and People & Culture Director.
  4. International Assessment Center & Final Meeting with Senior Leaders: The online assessment day will be full of interactions and simulations, followed by 1-hour session with a professional coach session. This is in preparation for the final stage – a meeting with Group Senior Leaders.
